HOW WE WORK:
The leader of the HARP program met with us to design an approach that provided clarity in planning and support to staff undertaking change. A workshop was facilitated involving all key parties to identify strengths, challenges, risks and create actions and responsibilities over the next 12 months. A coaching program was devised that included one on one coaching for the change agents and group workshops for all leaders and the wider workforce. Key performance indicators developed at the beginning of the program are used to evaluate the project.
