What we do

Some examples of projects we have undertaken include:

  • FACILITATING strategic planning workshops for Boards and Executives (including Western Water, Central Highlands Water, Stawell Health, YMCA, Lyndoch Living)

  • COACHING individuals in their work role

  • COACHING SMALL GROUPS to develop awareness, build resilience and capability (including CEOs, team leaders, project managers, and directors) 

  • DESIGNING and FACILITATING community stakeholder meetings (such as the review of the Healthy Waterways Strategy at Melbourne Water)

  • REVIEWING the effectiveness of governance structures of Boards and Committees (examples include the Loddon Mallee Palliative Care Consortium,Central Highlands Water, Dartmouth Bush Nursing Centre,  the Bushfire Bereaved Community Advisory Group)

  • COLLABORATING with Councils and Communities visioning their future (eg. Frankston 2025, City of Port Phillip Climate Conversations)

  • CREATING and DELIVERING leadership development programs (teams working in palliative care, aged care, and communications)

  • DESIGNING interventions for teams experiencing conflict (in healthcare, local governments and communities)
